How do I know your team actually visited my house?

Every visit produces a WhatsApp message with photos and a short video — and both carry an automatic date/time stamp from the phone’s camera. You can also request specific shots (the back wall, the well, your father’s bookshelf) at any time. We’re inspectable, not theoretical.

Can I pay from abroad without sending wires every month?

Yes. We accept international cards, UPI through Indian relatives, and standard NRE/NRO transfers. Many of our NRI clients set up a quarterly or annual prepayment so they don’t have to think about it at all.

What if something urgent happens — a leak, a break-in?

You get a WhatsApp call from us immediately, with photos. We act first and inform first — meaning we can dispatch a plumber, electrician, or coordinate with police within hours, not days. Emergency response is on-call for both Essential Care and Premium Maintenance clients.

Do you handle properties that are currently rented out?

Tenant management isn’t part of our standard plans — both Essential Care and Premium Maintenance are designed for empty or owner-occupied homes. If you have a tenanted property, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a custom add-on quote.

What areas of Kottayam do you cover?

Vakathanam, Chingavanam, Puthupally, Changanassery, Manarcadu, Thengana, Paruthumpara, Karukachal, Thottakadu and all surrounding areas of Kottayam district. If your property is outside this zone, message us — we can usually arrange coverage for an adjusted fee.

What’s the minimum commitment?

A 1-year service agreement, paid quarterly in advance (3 months at a time). You’re free to cancel at the end of any quarter — no hidden fees, no exit penalties. We’d rather earn your continued trust quarter after quarter than trap you in a long contract.

How is pricing calculated for my property?

Pricing is per square foot, per month — flat, transparent, no surprises. Essential Care is ₹3/sq.ft. (₹6,000 minimum). Premium Maintenance is ₹4/sq.ft. (₹8,000 minimum). Both minimums apply up to 2,000 sq.ft.; above that, the per-sq.ft. rate applies to the total area. A 2,500 sq.ft. home on Premium = ₹10,000/month. That’s it.
